PAYMENT
We only accept PayPal and we ask that you pay within 7 days. If you need more time to pay, please contact us and we will work with you. If you do not contact us, an Unpaid Item Case will automatically open on the 8th day. Because of our large volume of orders, we cannot personally review every pending order every day, and so we have set up automatic reminders. As a buyer, please pay attention to the messages you receive so that you can make your payment within the allotted time period.
We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to Georgia.
SHIPPING
We only ship to the United States, specifically the 48 contiguous states: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO/FPO and prefer a physical address rather than a P.O. Box, as our larger packages are sent via Fedex. All orders are shipped the same day that payment clears, or next day if it is after 4 p.m. EST. Orders submitted on Friday after 4 p.m. through Monday 4 p.m. EST will be shipped on Monday. We provide a tracking number for all purchases.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We offer discounted shipping on listings that state a shipping price. If you need to get a shipping quote before your purchase, please message us with the item number, quantity and your zip code, so we can calculate the lowest price available.

RETURN POLICY
